One of the important challenges which custodian (Motavalli) endowment organizations in relation with management and maintenance of endowment competition in the historic period and in present time has been faced is the problem of the continuance of ownership in competition specially in farming lands. In this article the attempt has been made to accomplish researches by the use of the important capacities of geographical information system and the remote measuring in relation to the removal of this deficiency and correct and scientific management in the endowed properties in the form of case studies. The methodology for accomplishing this paper is in the base of the combination of field and documentation method which for the preparation of output maps and the formation of data bases, the software of geographical information system has been used.
The results of the research shows that by the help of the used methodology in this paper and by spending not so much expenditure and acceptable accuracy, for each endowed competitor, the needed maps in the base of the endowed documents information and outstanding authorities can be prepared and while by maintaining the competition principle, also the management of the endowed properties can be facilitated and as a result, one of the important principles of endowment namely the suppression of properties would be ascertained.
