The telegraph lines were one of the important and fastest public communications means in Qajar era. With the establishment of telegraph office in near or far different places, the news and reports exchanged in a fast manner and decisions and reactions accomplished quickly. First the telegraph line in the east of Iran reached to Mashhad in 1293 Hegira and then its minor subsidiary branches has reached to Sarakhs, Sistan and Dargaz and combined the remote and   frontier locations to the centers of power. One of the important east telegraph lines in Iran was the line of Mashhad-Sistan which was built in the year of 1320 lunar.  The establishing of telegraph line from Mashhad to Sistan for the reason of distance aloofness and geographical conditions has lots of difficulties. The difference of Russian and Iranian outlook in respect to establishment of this communicational line, the form of collaboration of Ghayenat and Sistan rulers were of the other difficulties fronting them in this great plan.  The way of providing and preparing of telegraph draft in line direction, preparing transportation means, determining the place of telegraph office and residing place to the members of wire board, passing from dissert regions of Khorasan and Ghayenat, mire around Hamoon lake,  the method of protection from telegraph wires were among the difficulties and problems  which come forward in the time of wiring that in this article these mentioned  problems has been inspected with the emphasis of document
