Quarterly
Social-Cultural Studies of Khorasan is a scientific quarterly with open access to texts of articles published by the General Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance of South Khorasan Province. This quarterly follows the policy of double-anonymous review for reviewing articles and dealing with cultural-social issues related to Khorasan (South, Razavi, and North), material and spiritual elements and civilizational achievements as well as social studies by a cultural approach in Khorasan. This quarterly follows the principles and criteria of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) for reviewing and publishing scientific articles. All submitted articles are reviewed by Hamyab to ensure the originality, and then they are carefully evaluated by reliable and experienced reviewers.
History
Scientific Quarterly of Social-Cultural Studies of Khorasan started its activity since 2006 to 2010 under the title "Southern Khorasan Culture Quarterly". In the meeting of the humanities working group of the commission for the review of scientific publications of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology on March 3, 2011, the title "Cultural-Social Studies of Khorasan" was agreed.
According to letter No. 139601 on Sep. 25, 2012, the Scientific Publication Review Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Quarterly of Cultural-Social Studies of Khorasan has been awarded a scientific-promotional level. Its publishing license was issued by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance No. 92/7260 on June 15, 2013. According to the latest permission of the Scientific Publications Review Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the regulations of scientific publications approved on Apr. 22, 2019, and the evaluation in 2018, 2019 and 2018, this quarterly has been ranked "B".

Article processing fees
According to the regulations on determining the article processing fees in open access scientific journals of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology until the end of 2022 on May 14, 2022, and the agreement of the director of Quarterly of Cultural-Social Studies of Khorasan on March 21, 2022, as all authors are informed, the article processing and publication is estimated to be equal to 600,000 Tomans, and the process of payment is as follows:

Cultural-Social Studies of Khorasan is published as an open-access electronic journal, so there is no subscription fee for readers.
Open access policies
Cultural-Social Studies of Khorasan is published according to conditions and criteria of the license Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0) and licensees may copy, distribute, display and create works only if the original published article is cited.

This follows the COPE and complies with the highest ethical standards in accordance with the ethical rules.
