چکیده

مدیریت قبل از آن که مدیریت بر افراد باشد، مدیریت بر تیم های کاری است و تیم سازی و کار تیمی از اولویت های هر نظام و سازمان است، هم چنین نیاز به شناخت تیم توسط مدیران به این دلیل است که تیم ها واقعیتی از زندگی سازمانی هستند و اجزای ساختمانی یک سازمان را تشکیل می دهند. تیم سازی و کار تیمی در دانشگاه به ترسیم شفاف چشم انداز و اهداف مشترک کمک می کند و با ایجاد روحیه اعتماد میان منابع انسانی، حس تعهد و مسؤولیت پذیری شان را برمی انگیزد. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تحلیل دیدگاه مدیران آموزش عالی خراسان به تیم سازی و کارتیمی با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و روش مطالعه موردی بود و دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد نیز که از مهم ترین و تأثیرگذارترین مراکز آموزش عالی خراسان است به عنوان مورد انتخاب شد. به منظورگردآوری داده ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته، برمبنای مفاهیم حساس حاصل شده از مرور سوابق و منابع و مصاحبه ها ی اکتشافی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بود که از میان آنها تعداد 14مدیر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل اطلاعات، از روش تحلیل محتوا و کدگذاری باز و محوری استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه نشان داد مدیران آموزش عالی دیدگاه و درک مناسبی به شاخصه های تیم سازی و کارتیمی در دانشگاه (شامل دو مقوله کلی ساختار تیمی و روابط تیمی و ده زیر مقوله (مفهوم) هدف مداری، ترکیب تیم و سازماندهی، شبکه تصمیم گیری، نظام بازخورد، هدایت و رهبری، صراحت و صداقت، همگرایی و اعتماد، همکاری و تضاد، تعهد و مشارکت، ارتباطات) دارند و از زمینه و روحیه مناسبی در رابطه با تیم سازی و کار تیمی برخوردار هستند.
Abstract
Management before being managing people is managing the work teams, and team-building and teamwork is a priority for every system and organization. Also, managers need to recognize teams because they are a reality of organizational life and they make up building components of an organization. Team-building and teamwork at the University helps to outline a clear vision and shared goals, and creating a sense of trust among human resources, provokes their sense of commitment and responsibility. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the perspective of higher education administrators of Khorasan on team-building and teamwork using qualitative approach and the case study method, and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad that is the most important and influential center of higher education in Khorasan was selected for case study. In order to collect data semi-structured interviews, based on the critical concepts derived from reviewing records and references and exploratory interviews, were used. The Statistical population included all managers of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, of which 14 were selected using purposive sampling method. For data analysis, content analysis, and open and axial coding was used. The results of the interviews showed that higher education administrators have a good view and understanding of characteristics of team-building and teamwork at the University (Including 2 overall team structure and team relations categories and 10 subcategories, the concept of goal-orientation, team and organization combination, decision-making network, system feedback, leadership, openness and honesty, unity and trust, cooperation and conflict, commitment and participation, communication), and have a good  base and spirit about team building and teamwork.
